Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure Integration Services components across multiple environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
- Develop integration workflows using Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, and Bicep templates.
- Investigate incidents, failed integrations, deployment issues, and system health problems, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Maintain source control repositories, branching practices, deployment documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Apply security and compliance practices for Azure resources, secrets, access control, and integration endpoints.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities for release reliability, monitoring, operational efficiency, and platform stability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions with development and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus or Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure Pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Scripting or programming experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes or AKS.
- Working knowledge of version control and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Understanding of networking and security concepts including VNets, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, RBAC, Key Vault, and managed identities.
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
