Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, packaging, and deployment.
- Provision, modify, and support AWS infrastructure across multiple environments using Terraform.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automate operational activities with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Build, deploy, and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes/EKS workloads, including Helm-based deployments.
- Monitor infrastructure and application health, investigate alerts and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend permanent fixes.
- Support engineering teams in adopting DevOps and platform standards and contribute reusable infrastructure, automation, and developer self-service solutions.
- Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and operational runbooks and share technical knowledge with team members.
- Participate in peer reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and an on-call rotation where applicable.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a related role.
- Hands-on AWS experience, including infrastructure and cloud-service troubleshooting.
- Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipeline development, and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Ansible or similar configuration-management tools.
- Working experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with Git and pull-request-based development workflows.
- Scripting experience with at least one of PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows administration and networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls/security groups, VPCs, subnets, and routing.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment, and operational issues.
- Preferred experience with AWS EKS, ECS, Fargate, Argo CD, SonarQube, Trivy, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and both Windows and Linux environments.
- AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or other relevant certifications are preferred, as is experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
