Responsibilities

Design and build AI and data systems from concept through model creation and production delivery.
Build scalable cloud-native data and ML workflows for sensor, industrial, time-series, and multimodal datasets.
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, domain experts, and engineers to shape technical solutions.
Translate ambiguous business and operational problems into structured engineering plans and practical delivery plans.
Prototype and validate ideas early to reduce technical and product risk.
Influence architecture, technical direction, product-roadmap discussions, and engineering decisions.
Evaluate trade-offs among model accuracy, reliability, complexity, latency, and operational cost.
Drive measurable outcomes through clear KPIs and improve engineering quality, maintainability, and operational reliability.
Over time, mentor engineers and take ownership of larger AI and data initiatives.

Relevant degree.
Experience building real-world AI, ML, or data products.
Experience across both data engineering and ML systems, rather than only isolated pipelines.
Ability to work effectively with uncertainty and evolving requirements.
Pragmatic, outcome-focused engineering mindset with strong business-impact orientation.
Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly and connect architecture, product goals, and operational constraints.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative approach and willingness to challenge assumptions constructively.
