Responsibilities
- Design and develop the Proactive Data Loss Prevention engine in Rust.
- Migrate existing C++, C#, and Python components to Rust and maintain them during the transition.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents that generate, test, and refactor code, including validation loops for their output.
- Review design specifications and code produced by engineers and AI agents.
- Maintain the product and implement new product versions and features.
- Write design specifications and test cases and provide feature documentation.
- Collaborate with scrum team members and local and remote engineering teams to deliver sprint and quarterly goals.
Requirements
- Strong Rust skills or strong C++ skills with a clear willingness to move to Rust.
- Solid C++ knowledge and hands-on experience with C# and Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM-based tooling.
- At least 2 years of programming experience on Linux platforms.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Expertise in multithreaded programming and memory management.
- Experience with CI/CD and version control, preferably Git.
- Experience with Rust interoperability with C++, C#, or Python through FFI, native hosting, or embedding is preferred.
- Experience with the Qt framework is preferred.
- Experience using REST APIs and integrating SDKs is an asset.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
- Knowledge of data science and experience in an Agile/Scrum environment are advantageous.
