Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined contract component while meeting operational, contractual, financial, and service-quality commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project components on time and with high quality.
- Analyze delivery processes and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.
- Resolve complex issues by applying subject-matter expertise and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Develop strategies that align delivery outcomes with client expectations and business goals.
- Identify opportunities for follow-on work through upselling and cross-selling.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team discussions and capability building.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Collibra Data Quality.
- Associate degree or greater.
- Preferred advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL administration, business operations management, application production support, and modern platform engineering operating models.
- Ability to work onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC, or Pennington, NJ.
- Ability to meet the client-mandated requirement of 5 days away per quarter.
