Responsibilities
- Design, develop, evaluate, validate, benchmark, and optimize enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Evaluate foundation models, LLMs, SLMs, multimodal models, and agentic AI frameworks using structured model-selection and benchmarking criteria.
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and domain-specific AI models.
- Build reusable AI platforms, SDKs, APIs, accelerators, and AI-as-a-Service capabilities for multiple projects and clients.
- Take AI solutions from research and experimentation through proof of concept, pilot, production deployment, and continuous optimization.
- Design scalable backend services and integrations using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize AI workloads for cloud and GPU environments and deploy applications using containerized and cloud-native architectures.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployment across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Implement AI governance, privacy, security, compliance, responsible AI, monitoring, auditability, access controls, and observability practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, engineers, data and cloud teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support architecture, code, testing, and technical design reviews, as well as troubleshooting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- 4–10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI.
- Strong Python programming skills and understanding of machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, model fine-tuning, and agentic AI.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern AI engineering, deployment, MLOps, or LLMOps practices.
- Hands-on exposure to NVIDIA AI technologies such as NeMo, NIM, RAPIDS, GPU computing, or inference optimization is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and build reusable, production-grade AI capabilities.
- A research mindset, commitment to continuous learning, and product mindset are expected.
- Preferred certifications focus on NVIDIA GenAI, LLM, and AI/ML technologies.
- Candidates from Tier-1 engineering institutions are preferred.
