Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale features across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain high-performance Apex Trigger Frameworks and Lightning Web Components.
- Build and customize Experience Cloud sites with secure data visibility.
- Monitor system health and manage incident response for operational excellence.
- Design and support Enterprise Integration Patterns and Custom APIs.
- Drive the SDLC and release management process, conducting code reviews and maintaining documentation.
- Contribute to the adoption of emerging AI technologies to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of deep Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity Scrum environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
