Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to shape automation and AI strategy.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities across Marketing and Sales.
- Design and build automation solutions that improve speed and conversion.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of GTM automation tools.
- Collaborate with IT and Sales Systems for scalable solutions.
- Serve as day-to-day administrator for GTM automation tools.
- Measure performance and continuously improve GTM workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, or Automation Engineering.
- Proven experience designing and building automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- Strong technical fluency with Salesforce and workflow orchestration tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
