Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of software solutions for enterprise applications and user interfaces.
Contribute across all layers of the software stack, from databases to front-end frameworks.
Enhance and modernize existing software systems for scalability and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Develop software designs, effort estimates, and project schedules.
Drive the development of critical software components to meet deadlines.
Enforce software engineering best practices, including code reviews and testing.
Diagnose and resolve complex software issues through root cause analysis.
Coordinate with other teams to achieve integrated system solutions.

10+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience designing and implementing complex software architectures.
Ability to navigate and contribute to complex systems and codebases.
Experience with code quality guidelines and quality control practices.
Experience in constrained development environments, including air-gapped systems.
Ability to implement complex certification and compliance requirements.
Commitment to producing high-quality, secure, maintainable code.
Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
