Base Salary
$115k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain on-tool back-end software modules.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop software for laser-scanning wafer inspection products.
- Apply object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills to complex software challenges.
- Learn new skills and contribute to high-impact work across the area of expertise.
Requirements
- Hands-on academic or industrial programming experience with Java or C++.
- Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability and interest in learning new skills on the job.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field with zero years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience.
- Preferred: experience with Python or other scripting languages.
- Preferred: domain knowledge in electronic design automation, image processing, image computing, or machine control.
