Responsibilities
- Develop and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting DevRev with customers’ existing technology stacks and workflows.
- Integrate SaaS and non-SaaS systems through APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
- Build the Knowledge Graph and support data synchronization across connected systems.
- Apply prompt engineering, semantic search optimization, and generative AI techniques to improve agent accuracy and user experience.
- Write SQL queries, analyze data, and build dashboards that support customer decision-making.
- Create proofs of concept, conduct live technical demonstrations, and iterate based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, customer success, support, and revenue teams.
- Guide customers through workflows including code repository integrations and advanced configurations.
- Work directly with customers for approximately 30% of the role and travel up to 30% for implementations, workshops, and engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms; Go is nice to have.
- Experience building and configuring AI agents, workflows, connectors, and integrations on the DevRev platform.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, generative AI techniques, and building evals for agentic AI solutions.
- Deep experience with large-scale one-way and two-way data synchronization, API integration patterns, and event-driven or publish/subscribe architectures.
- Hands-on experience deploying on serverless and edge platforms such as AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
- Experience with data mapping, schema alignment, heterogeneous systems, data modeling, and graph data structures.
- Experience implementing logging, error surfacing, telemetry, and observability for debugging and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Model Context Programming (MCP).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer empathy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are preferred.
