Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Design, develop, and launch AI agents and integrations.
- Connect DevRev with other platforms through APIs and webhooks.
- Optimize AI performance using prompt engineering and generative techniques.
- Write SQL queries and perform data analysis to drive insights.
- Develop rapid proofs-of-concept and conduct technical demos.
- Maintain communication with cross-functional teams for alignment.
- Guide customers through technical workflows and integrations.
- Willingness to travel for on-site implementations and workshops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development or systems integration.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience in building and configuring AI solutions.
- Familiarity with large language models and prompt engineering.
- Deep experience with API integration patterns and data synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and modern DevOps practices.
- Skilled in data mapping and schema alignment.
- Experience with observability and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with context-aware systems and Model Context Programming.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
