Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses, and actions.
- Develop and extend solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, with desirable exposure to Power BI.
- Lead discovery, envisioning, and enablement workshops with enterprise clients to identify automation and AI use cases.
- Architect and design Power Platform tenants and environments while coordinating integration requirements with IT, Security, and other technical groups.
- Analyze architectural options and lead discussions to determine optimal deployment approaches.
- Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems through connectors and APIs.
- Apply governance, security, data loss prevention, and application lifecycle management best practices.
- Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and client handover materials.
- Coordinate with technical resources, architects, data specialists, and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Support DevOps processes, communicate product issues to Microsoft Product Engineering, and participate in the Power Platform community.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, formerly Power Virtual Agents, and the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM.
- Client-facing consulting experience involving requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure services, including Functions and API integrations.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-900, AB-730, or AB-100 are relevant.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information system management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Power Platform consulting roles.
- Demonstrated client interfacing, solution design and delivery, analytical thinking, and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365.
- Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain security clearance are required; existing security clearance is preferred but not mandatory.
