Responsibilities
- Analyze RFPs and lead customer Q&A sessions with technical experts.
- Architect competitive solutions for large and medium-sized digital transformation deals across multiple industries and sectors.
- Integrate components from multiple technical towers and manage solution versions to produce complete final responses.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, commercial, legal, finance, contract management, partners, and customers.
- Optimize technical solutions, effort estimates, project costs, commercial models, SLA penalties, and deal economics.
- Support deal negotiations, auctions, Statements of Work, internal review boards, and customer presentations.
- Design RACI matrices and manage risks associated with solution development.
- Identify and translate AI, generative AI, agentic AI, automation, and AIOps opportunities into measurable, responsible propositions.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting solutions for large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations and platform solutions such as SAP RISE, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with multi-tower, multi-year IT outsourcing engagements.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures, network connectivity, data centers, disaster recovery, compute and storage, security, modern data architectures, and observability.
- Understanding of API management, cybersecurity principles, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of effort-based, task catalog, outcome-based, and other commercial models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency with Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI tools.
- Desirable experience with transformation-led application development and maintenance solutions, bot-based solutions, software engineering or application-support automation, AI opportunity assessment, responsible AI, and AI-assisted solutioning.
