Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with customer business requirements.
- Lead architectural and technical strategy across Salesforce CRM, cloud, data systems, integrations, migrations, and legacy modernization.
- Develop MuleSoft integration strategies and API-led connectivity solutions.
- Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, enforce architectural standards, and mentor technical staff.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Use AI tooling to identify efficiencies in day-to-day work.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise software architecture, software delivery, application modernization, and complex Salesforce solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with MuleSoft integration strategies, API-led connectivity, and scalable secure integrations.
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce platform development, governance, data migration, and integration patterns.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and design architectures meeting scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Application Architect Certification required.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, Azure, Lambda, API Gateway, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps delivery automation, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, and related Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications.
