Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with customer business requirements and future goals.
- Lead architectural and technical strategy across CRM, cloud, data systems, enterprise integrations, cloud migrations, and legacy modernization.
- Design and implement MuleSoft integration strategies, API-led connectivity frameworks, and scalable integration solutions.
- Make Salesforce configuration-versus-custom-code decisions and establish governance, data migration, and integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams, conducting code reviews, enforcing architectural standards, and mentoring technical staff.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Use AI tooling to identify efficiencies in work.
- Obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination if required by the client.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise-level software architecture, software delivery, application modernization, and complex enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with MuleSoft integration strategies, API-led connectivity frameworks, and secure, scalable integration implementations.
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce platform development, governance frameworks, data migration strategies, and integration patterns.
- Ability to align business requirements with technical architecture and deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
- Preferred: experience with AWS or Azure and services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
- Preferred: experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud application delivery optimization.
- Preferred: experience with Databricks or Snowflake, data pipelines, ETL, and enterprise-scale reporting.
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and additional Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable U.S. government client eligibility or suitability.
