Responsibilities
- Establish trusted-advisor relationships with strategic customers and support their digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead customer workshops to capture business needs and define IT/OT convergence architectures.
- Design scalable solutions covering data strategy, integration, interoperability, and analytics.
- Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and the commercialization of new ideas.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, engineering standards, and technical documentation with system architects.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and sales support to business development managers and segment leaders.
Requirements
- Experience developing systems including building management systems and security systems for complex buildings.
- Sound knowledge of networking principles and network design.
- Experience influencing specifications and embedding software requirements into projects.
- Strong customer engagement, stakeholder collaboration, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- A structured, detail-oriented, self-driven, and hands-on approach to delivering outcomes.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, tendering, project delivery, or technical consulting is highly regarded.
