Responsibilities
- Engage with customers throughout their development lifecycle using various communication methods.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Educate customers on cloud security technology and identity management.
- Identify and address customers' technical needs through detailed questioning.
- Advise customers on the capabilities of Okta's Identity Platform.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with standard network security protocols like OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, and LDAP.
- Experience in identity governance and administration.
- Understanding of core security concerns in applications.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
