Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and governance of scalable SAP solutions across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP.
- Drive Clean Core principles and ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, upgradeable, and aligned with SAP best practices.
- Define technical standards, development frameworks, coding guidelines, and architecture governance processes.
- Lead adoption of SAP BTP services, integrations, workflows, automation, extension applications, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Deliver hands-on development and technical leadership across ABAP, OOABAP, CDS Views, RAP, CAP, Fiori/UI5, SQL, SAP HANA, APIs, OData, and integrations.
- Lead SAP and non-SAP integration architecture across logistics, manufacturing, eCommerce, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Review solution designs and code for performance, scalability, security, and supportability.
- Establish reusable frameworks, CI/CD standards, testing, documentation, release management, and regression testing practices.
- Mentor development teams and implementation partners while owning solution quality, delivery standards, and long-term sustainability.
- Support security, audit, SOX, governance, operational stability, performance optimization, monitoring, SAP upgrades, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of SAP technical development and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP BTP, ABAP/OOABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, SQL, SAP HANA, APIs, OData, and integrations.
- Experience designing Clean Core and upgrade-safe SAP architectures.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensibility and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of SAP AI capabilities, including SAP Joule and Joule Studio.
- Understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud and enterprise data architecture.
- Strong communication, collaboration, technical leadership, mentoring, and solution ownership skills.
- Preferred SAP BTP and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications.
- Preferred experience with RAP, CAP, event-driven architecture, Integration Suite, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or consumer products.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery models.
