Base Salary
$130k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks covering functional, regression, performance, accessibility, and security testing.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-launch load and performance testing to validate system stability, scalability, responsiveness, throughput, and resource usage.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and support optimization of system responses, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Analyze escaped defects, quality trends, defect categories, and performance analytics.
- Support UAT, ISQA, IV&V, integration testing, and enterprise release validation with documentation, test data, and integration content.
- Use testing dashboards to track UAT readiness and feature availability throughout test cycles.
- Produce release quality metrics reports and ensure traceability and production readiness across delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an IT-related field.
- 7–10 years of experience developing automated test frameworks and conducting performance testing.
- Experience building automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, performance, accessibility, and security testing.
- Experience analyzing load and performance defects and supporting pre-launch and post-launch testing.
- Experience producing release quality metrics reports and supporting IV&V, ISQA, and enterprise release validation.
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams in CI/CD and DevSecOps environments.
- Experience with synthetic monitoring, dashboard management, test-result analytics, reusable test framework design, and automated test integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Public Trust preferred.
- Familiarity with Selenium, SoapUI, Section 508 automation, and CI/CD-integrated testing preferred.
