Base Salary
$129k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Install and configure software solutions and equipment remotely at customer sites according to defined methodologies, processes, system requirements, and customer needs.
- Resolve technical issues related to application implementation and troubleshoot product functionality.
- Test technical architecture components, provide technical quality control, and support application overviews and technical support.
- Create work plans, document issue resolutions in the knowledge base, and support internal team members with technical issues.
- Provide proactive project updates to project managers and customers and follow up on pending items and open issues through project closure.
- Integrate applications with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, flat files, and enterprise backend systems using ETL, XML, and integration-specific scripting.
- Assist with Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management design efforts and provide solutions to high- and low-level design problems.
- Design, review, and document on-site software solution architectures with implementation teams and customer IT teams.
- Design and monitor implementation infrastructure and frameworks and create standard as-built architecture documents for deployment teams and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with Java/J2EE technologies, including Java, Servlet/JSP, EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, IBATIS, JPA, and Web technologies.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, JMS, MDB, design patterns, Web method, Spring Boot, microservices, and Kafka.
- Experience with MS SQL, Oracle, Windows, Citrix, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Experience with Ant, Maven, performance-tuning tools, source-control systems, issue-tracking tools, application servers, and scripting/web technologies.
- Experience with PBX, switching, CTI, VoIP, SIP, and Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, and Genesis networking.
- Experience installing and integrating NIM, Engage, and NTR solutions into customer environments.
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, SQL Developer, SoapUI, Jenkins, FileNet, SSH, WinSCP, Mockito, JUnit, and Log4j.
