Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate Compliance and Finance regulatory processes.
- Process large amounts of data from the data warehouse to generate clean, accurate reporting and build reconciliations.
- Partner with Compliance, Finance, and Treasury stakeholders to understand obligations and business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clean designs and scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, prioritize work, perform hands-on design and development, and conduct code reviews.
- Evolve the team’s technical standards and best practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of software design and development experience, including CI/CD, source code control, testing, and quality management.
- High proficiency in Python, SQL, database design, and working with data warehouses such as Snowflake to create complex solutions at scale.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and determine effective solutions.
- Experience in post-trade automation and designing or architecting systems for complex data problems is preferred.
- Experience generating financial industry regulatory reports such as EMIR, MFID, SFTR, CPR, and K Factor reports is preferred.
