Base Salary

$150k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

Automate Compliance and Finance regulatory processes and generate accurate reporting from large volumes of data.
Build reconciliations and other solutions using data from the company’s data warehouse.
Partner with Compliance, Finance, and Treasury stakeholders to understand obligations and business requirements.
Translate business requirements into clean designs and scalable software solutions.
Provide technical guidance, prioritize work, perform hands-on design and development, conduct code reviews, and evolve technical standards and best practices.

At least five years of software design and development experience, including CI/CD, source code control, testing, and quality management.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, database design, and data warehouses such as Snowflake, with experience generating complex solutions at scale.
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills, along with an eagerness to learn and explore technologies.
Experience in post-trade automation and designing systems for complex data problems is preferred.
Experience generating financial regulatory reports such as EMIR, MFID, SFTR, CPR, and K Factor reports is preferred.
