Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing, billing, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, product bundling, quoting, approvals, and guided selling.
- Build product rules, price rules, automation flows, custom workflows, approval processes, and usage-based products.
- Design subscription, recurring-revenue, invoicing, payment, tax, collections, amendments, renewal, and revenue-recognition models.
- Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, billing platforms, payment gateways, and tax engines.
- Create solution and system architectures, entity relationship diagrams, configuration runbooks, process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Guide buy-versus-build decisions, development teams, and client users through training and documentation.
- Support deployment and post-implementation enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, CPQ implementation, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite and ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing or billing platforms such as Zone Billing.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification.
- Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
- Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Platform Developer I and II, and Integration Architecture Designer certifications are desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
