Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with business needs.
- Manage application releases, lifecycle processes, compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Configure and manage cloud-based application environments and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Act as an SME, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Lead application performance and user-experience process improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Experience configuring and managing cloud-based application environments.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with system integration and compatibility across diverse software components.
- Skill in troubleshooting complex application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
