Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and address complex enterprise initiatives.
- Develop and refine scalable, high-performing technical designs aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Lead and coordinate multiple technical projects across teams, initiatives, and Agile Release Trains.
- Manage non-functional requirements and ensure solutions comply with applicable industry standards.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, QA teams, and Release Train Engineers to coordinate delivery and resolve constraints.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance with DevOps teams.
- Monitor delivery progress, resolve timeline-impacting issues, and contribute to technical problem solving.
- Maintain solution documentation and share solution engineering best practices across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Advanced proficiency in GenAI.
- Advanced proficiency in Java.
- Advanced proficiency in Angular.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS or GCP.
- 7+ years of enterprise solution delivery experience.
- Experience developing technical designs and aligning implementations with enterprise architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability requirements.
