Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with account leads and customer technical teams to scope and architect AI solutions.
- Embed with customer teams to integrate into their data platforms and build production-grade pipelines.
- Design and ship AI systems that are reliable for production use.
- Harden field solutions into the shared platform for broader use.
- Build evaluation tools to measure system quality and performance.
- Ensure field learnings inform platform improvements for future customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production software and data systems.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on production-grade solutions.
- Experience with AI/LLM systems and evaluating their quality.
- Proficiency in data engineering and operating data pipelines.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and their technical teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly (10-20%).
