Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy full-stack software projects at scale.
- Own projects from conception through deployment in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Build clean, efficient, user-friendly, and adaptable applications for financial-services workflows.
- Ship product features, resolve bugs, and contribute to longer-term research and platform innovation.
- Listen to customer feedback, prioritize work streams, and assess the quality of application outputs.
- Collaborate with team members to develop robust and accurate AI-enabled products.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Deep experience building scalable, user-friendly full-stack applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
- Interest in learning and understanding generative AI technology and its rapidly evolving landscape.
- Experience taking autonomous ownership of projects in unstructured environments from conception through deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include startup founding or early-engineering experience, AI research or model interaction, model fine-tuning and deployment, scalable system design, performance optimization, resilience engineering, front-end and UI/UX experience, customer feedback experience, and technical leadership.

- Base salary of $170,000-$200,000 annually depending on experience.
