Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy software projects at scale.
- Build clean, efficient, and maintainable software across a unified platform offering.
- Deliver product features, research projects, and bug fixes.
- Listen to customer feedback, prioritize work streams, and evaluate output quality.
- Collaborate with team members to create robust, accurate, and innovative AI-powered applications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Deep experience building scalable, user-friendly full-stack applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
- Strong interest in generative AI and its rapidly evolving technology landscape.
- Experience taking autonomous ownership of projects from conception through deployment in unstructured environments.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a growing team.
- Preferred experience as an early engineer or founder at a fast-growing startup.
- Preferred experience with AI research or AI systems, including closed-source models, fine-tuning, and deploying open-source models.
- Preferred understanding of scalable system design, performance optimization, and resilience engineering.
- Preferred extensive front-end experience combined with UI/UX design experience.
- Preferred customer-facing experience and technical leadership experience.

- Salary range of $150,000-$200,000 annually depending on experience.
