Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance conversational chatbot solutions using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent for client implementation projects.
- Develop, test, analyze, and deliver JavaScript software for real-time systems.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, defect resolution, and production support.
- Assist with system analysis and project management activities to complete projects successfully.
- Create customer-facing solution pitches, value propositions, and demonstration experiences.
- Collaborate with and mentor other developers while attending required meetings and training.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building and delivering NLP systems, including LLM-based or generative AI solutions.
- At least 3 years of software development experience involving design, custom development, and testing of real-time systems using JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- At least 5 years of JavaScript experience.
- Experience with conversational AI products such as DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.
- Hands-on experience creating modern chatbots, AI virtual agents, or agent-assist solutions.
- Experience with CCaaS, NICE CXone, and CXone Studio is preferred.
- Strong customer-facing presentation skills and the ability to develop solution pitches, value propositions, and demos.
- Ability to work in a team environment, mentor team members, and operate in a fast-paced setting.
