Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and ship differentiated AI experiences for sales teams
- Develop Lightfield’s AI/ML strategy with founders and executives
- Identify user needs suited to AI/ML solutions and frame the related problems
- Collaborate with product leaders on AI/ML solutions
- Prototype LLM-powered experiences and develop them into robust product features
- Recruit and mentor AI/ML engineering teammates
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in computer science, AI, or applied mathematics
- 5+ years of experience building AI/ML products in NLP domains
- Strong understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services
- Hands-on MLOps experience
- Experience leading AI/ML product initiatives is a bonus
- Publications in applied AI/ML scientific journals are a bonus
- Experience with open-source or vendor solutions in the LLM operations space is a bonus
