Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and ship innovative AI experiences for sales teams.
- Develop Lightfield's AI/ML strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Identify user needs suitable for AI/ML solutions and collaborate on problem framing.
- Prototype LLM-powered experiences and drive their development into product features.
- Recruit and mentor teammates to build a top-tier AI/ML engineering team.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, AI, or applied mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in building AI/ML products in NLP domains.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with ML Ops.
