Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of CMDB and CSDM strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Build and maintain integrations via IntegrationHub and APIs.
- Identify and implement AI opportunities for IT Operations.
- Oversee CMDB health maintenance and data normalization.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep technical proficiency in the ServiceNow platform.
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, and PowerShell.
- Expert-level knowledge of Discovery patterns and error handling.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM, and ITIL frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proven experience in data analysis and governance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience integrating AI/ML features into operations.
