Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Architect and develop backend services, APIs, and data models.
- Build modern, production-grade web interfaces with React.
- Own features from technical design and implementation through deployment and production support.
- Optimize frontend rendering, API latency, and database query performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams on user-facing features.
- Establish practices for testing, code quality, observability, and CI/CD.
- Improve system architecture, scalability, and developer experience.
- Debug and resolve production issues across frontend and backend systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong production proficiency with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Express, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Experience designing APIs and working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Understanding of modern web architecture and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
- Ability to independently own features and ship them to production.
- Strong collaboration skills across product, design, backend, and ML teams.
- Bonus experience with data-heavy dashboards, real-time web applications, Redux, Zustand, React Query, event-driven architectures, message queues, AI-driven or ML-powered products, or startup environments.
- English language proficiency is required.
