Responsibilities
- Develop and lead AI/ML initiatives involving LLMs, generative AI, and machine learning systems.
- Build chatbots, recommendation systems, translation services, RAG systems, semantic search, and agentic AI solutions.
- Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, optimize, serve, and monitor machine learning and LLM models.
- Implement feature engineering, embedding optimization, dimensionality reduction, quantization, and knowledge distillation.
- Build Python-based microservices and production systems using concurrency processing, testing, and low-level architecture design.
- Implement MLOps workflows including experiment tracking, automated retraining, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Deploy ML workloads using containers, Kubernetes, Helm, service meshes, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
- Use A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing to assess models and products.
- Apply data engineering and large-scale data processing techniques using Spark and SQL.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of total and relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with Go or Rust.
- Extensive experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, prompt engineering, and LLM development lifecycles.
- Experience with Spark, Git, MLflow, RAG systems, vector databases, semantic search, and embedding optimization.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, machine learning frameworks, model fine-tuning, evaluation, serving, quantization, and knowledge distillation.
- Experience with FastAPI, vLLM, TorchServe or TensorFlow Serving, microservices, and LLM deployment.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, service meshes, and containerized ML workloads.
- Strong understanding of AWS, GCP, Azure, and network security for ML systems.
- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MBA; the listed required fields include Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Engineering.
- Prior experience in industries using AI/ML technologies is preferred.
