Base Salary

Responsibilities

Own the intake funnel for AI and automation use cases across GTM functions.
Triage and prioritize requests based on business value, scalability, and feasibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, inputs, and expected outcomes.
Create and maintain a centralized repository of AI use cases, tools, and integration patterns.
Build lightweight AI-driven solutions using best-in-class tools and platforms.
Test and validate outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Create clear documentation, playbooks, and templates to support adoption.
Track adoption and usage across GTM teams and measure impact through defined metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or similar roles.
Quick learner with curiosity for understanding complex systems and business requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous requests.
Demonstrated curiosity in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
