Responsibilities

Assess the existing hybrid software factory and create a migration roadmap.
Design AWS GovCloud-native reference architecture using Amazon EKS and managed AWS services.
Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Integrate SageMaker, Managed MLflow, DVC, JFrog Artifactory, and Bitbucket.
Lead DevSecOps practices covering IAM, security baselines, vulnerability management, and compliance.
Support RMF/cATO, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP High engineering activities.
Optimize cost, performance, resiliency, and operational support.
Mentor engineering teams and establish operational standards.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
Experience with DevOps, release engineering, SRE, platform, or automation.
Experience with AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes, including RDS, EFS/EBS, IAM, S3, and EKS.
Experience with MLOps platforms including SageMaker, Managed MLflow, and DVC.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, containerization, Helm, and Linux administration.
Experience with RMF, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP environments.
Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting secure connectivity between enterprise networks and AWS.
Experience integrating Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience migrating regulated environments from on-premises systems to AWS GovCloud.
Experience leading AI-enabled software factories and engineering organizations.
Experience supporting regulated environments, RMF, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, or ATO-related delivery.
U.S. citizenship is required.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Professional certification is desired.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
