Responsibilities
- Assess the existing hybrid software factory and create a migration roadmap.
- Design AWS GovCloud-native reference architecture using Amazon EKS and managed AWS services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate SageMaker, Managed MLflow, DVC, JFrog Artifactory, and Bitbucket.
- Lead DevSecOps practices covering IAM, security baselines, vulnerability management, and compliance.
- Support RMF/cATO, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP High engineering activities.
- Optimize cost, performance, resiliency, and operational support.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
- Experience with DevOps, release engineering, SRE, platform, or automation.
- Experience with AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes, including RDS, EFS/EBS, IAM, S3, and EKS.
- Experience with MLOps platforms including SageMaker, Managed MLflow, and DVC.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, containerization, Helm, and Linux administration.
- Experience with RMF, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP environments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting secure connectivity between enterprise networks and AWS.
- Experience integrating Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience migrating regulated environments from on-premises systems to AWS GovCloud.
- Experience leading AI-enabled software factories and engineering organizations.
- Experience supporting regulated environments, RMF, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, or ATO-related delivery.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Professional certification is desired.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
