Base Salary
$236k - $339k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end across the stack, including architecture, service health, quality, and customer experience.
- Lead large, complex, cross-team projects from architecture through delivery and drive them to completion.
- Use agentic AI and technologies including Go, React, and Java to accelerate individual and team development.
- Partner with design and product management to identify and deliver the right solutions at the right cost.
- Anticipate customer needs, identify systemic reliability and experience issues, and deliver durable solutions across teams.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and raise standards for quality, consistency, and design.
- Contribute to product vision, multi-quarter planning, and the development of scalable products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including significant full-stack development with responsive design.
- Track record of leading large or highly complex projects spanning multiple teams to successful outcomes.
- Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design patterns, security, performance, and scale.
- Expertise in a significant area of a complex product with sufficient breadth to contribute outside the primary area.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, including decision-making under ambiguity, data-driven analysis, consensus building, and independent problem solving.
- Experience mentoring senior and junior engineers and developing expertise across teams.
- Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills across engineering, product, and design.
- Knowledge of data development tools, data infrastructure, or machine learning is a plus.
- Mobile experience leveraging AI is a bonus.
