Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, scalable code using Node/NestJS and React.
- Develop reusable components and utilities for web and mobile applications.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from design to production support.
- Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand real-world problems.
- Embrace a remote-first culture with effective communication in a distributed team.
- Contribute to a customer-centric approach by balancing immediate fixes with long-term improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability.
Requirements
- Proficiency in building complex web or mobile apps, ideally with TypeScript, React, and Node/NestJS.
- Experience developing, monitoring, and supporting services in production.
- Strong understanding of service-specific integration testing and E2E testing.
- Familiarity with AWS and best practices for deploying cloud-based applications.
- Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and feedback.
- Customer empathy and a desire to make real-world impacts.
