Responsibilities
- Design production-grade LLM architectures and autonomous agentic AI systems.
- Design, deploy, and maintain end-to-end ML systems and production LLM applications at scale.
- Transition AI prototypes into production-hardened services.
- Architect multi-agent coordination, stateful workflow orchestration, autonomous decision loops, and complex action execution.
- Implement LLM function calling, tool use, structured output parsing, and advanced reasoning strategies.
- Prioritize robust system design, observability, safety guardrails, infrastructure as code, code quality, and system reliability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive code and architecture reviews and help level up engineering teams.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and customers to solve real-world problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in ML and AI Engineering.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end ML systems and production-grade LLM applications at scale.
- Experience owning the transition from prototype to production-hardened service.
- Hands-on experience architecting agentic AI systems with multi-agent coordination, stateful workflows, autonomous decision loops, and complex action execution.
- Strong background in LLM integration, including function calling/tool use, structured output parsing, and advanced reasoning strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, and uphold high standards for code quality and system reliability.
- Experience conducting code and architecture reviews and fostering technical excellence in engineering teams.
- Preferred experience includes advanced RAG systems, model fine-tuning, agent memory architectures, automated evaluation frameworks, vector databases, distributed computing, GPU optimization, combinatorial optimization, or ML and quantum computing.
