Base Salary
$107k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and deploy scalable automation software solutions.
- Use Python, PySpark, Angular, and Go to build automation capabilities.
- Apply generative AI, agents, and LLM-based models to testing and product solutions.
- Build and optimize AI and cloud workflows, including pipelines, orchestration, and integrations.
- Collaborate with modernization teams to accelerate software development lifecycle delivery.
- Lead small automation teams and influence test strategy, operational workflows, and software delivery practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, PySpark, Scala, Spark, Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, Java J2EE, and Go.
- Experience with AWS services including S3, Glue, Kinesis Streams, Kinesis Firehose, DynamoDB, Athena, IAM, Lambda, SNS, SQS, SES, and API Gateway.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques, generative AI development, agents, LLM-based models, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace.
- Strong experience with Terraform Enterprise and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with Playwright, Karate, SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, Artillery, Gatling, automation scripting, and GitLab CI/CD pipeline development.
- Ability to resolve highly complex problems across multiple application types.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, relationship-building, adaptability, and independent and team-based working skills.
- Property and casualty insurance industry experience is preferred.
- Comfort working within an onsite/offshore delivery model.
- Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; sponsorship is not available.
