Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade systems using programming languages.
- Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and create scalable solutions.
- Own projects from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
- Translate ambiguous goals into clear specifications and prototypes.
- Optimize system performance across pricing, logistics, and service workflows.
- Identify customer needs to contribute to product development and roadmap.
- Balance speed with long-term scalability in problem-solving.
- Take ownership of outcomes and maintain high execution standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong experience with at least one general-purpose programming language in production.
- Experience building and maintaining production systems interacting with real-world operations.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Comfort working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.
