Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade systems using general-purpose programming languages.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Own projects end-to-end from problem definition and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver features and workflows.
- Turn ambiguous goals into specifications, prototypes, and shipped solutions.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency across pricing, logistics, and service workflows.
- Identify customer need patterns and contribute to product roadmaps and features.
- Balance rapid execution with long-term scalability and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong production experience with at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Experience building and maintaining production systems that interact with real-world operations or workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Comfort working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with ownership and a bias toward action.
