Base Salary
$99k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and business requirement documents into technical and functional specifications for AI/GenAI projects.
- Support end-to-end AI implementation, model deployment, testing, system integration, and change processes.
- Develop custom scripts, integrations, and workflows to tailor AI products to business needs.
- Troubleshoot complex AI/ML system and model integration issues and recommend technical solutions.
- Gather user feedback, identify model performance issues, and inform AI product roadmap decisions.
- Train business and technical teams on deployed AI solutions, prompt engineering, model interaction, and operational maintenance.
- Assess AI model limitations, data privacy, bias, ethical considerations, risks, and business impacts.
- Advise or coach junior analysts and operate independently as a subject matter expert for stakeholders.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and risk-control practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems integration, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, large language models, and machine learning workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven applications and technical specifications.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or R is highly preferred.
- Experience with data analysis; familiarity with data science methodologies is a plus.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, technical teams, and business leaders.
- Clear, concise, and diplomatic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, learn new technologies quickly, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Bachelor's or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
