Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain software solutions across the Field Operations Platform.
- Write secure, maintainable, well-structured code that meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, Operations, Security, and Infrastructure stakeholders in a cross-functional squad.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical refinement sessions.
- Use automated testing, peer review, and defect resolution to own software quality.
- Support live services through incident investigation, root cause analysis, and platform improvements.
- Make application-development decisions balancing customer impact, performance, reliability, development efficiency, innovation, and risk.
- Follow and help improve security, privacy, compliance, and governance practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a software engineer in a cross-functional delivery team within a modern product or platform environment.
- Working knowledge of source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review.
- Experience writing secure, maintainable, well-tested code with awareness of performance, resilience, and scalability requirements.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and managed cloud services.
- Experience supporting live services, including incident investigation, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of security, data protection, and compliance principles for customer platforms and enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to technical solutions with appropriate guidance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, QE, and other stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with C#, Entity Framework, APIs and web services, Dynamics plugins, JavaScript, HTML, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Workflow Assemblies, PCF Controls, Fetch XML, Web Resources, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
