Base Salary
$163k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and engineers to identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Translate complex healthcare business problems into scalable agentic AI solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and applications.
- Build agent workflows, tool integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and orchestration layers.
- Lead projects through discovery, implementation, launch, validation, and handoff.
- Establish guardrails and improve automation, decision support, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Identify reusable agentic patterns for the core platform.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience building software or AI products.
- Experience delivering production software or AI solutions from prototype through launch.
- Experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use, APIs, or modern AI frameworks.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience deploying cloud-based production systems.
- Ability to evaluate agent behavior, system performance, and appropriate AI guardrails.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders or customers and leading technical discussions.
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experimentation with AI through professional work, open source, personal projects, agents, automations, or other technical exploration.
