Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the video analytics developer ecosystem across manufacturing, construction, smart spaces, retail, and media and entertainment.
  • Demonstrate solutions integrating the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.
  • Develop or advise on sample code, technical guides, demonstration pipelines, and other enablement resources.
  • Guide partners and startups through onboarding, integration, co-innovation, and NVIDIA programs.
  • Track the developer ecosystem, identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and build adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to increase developer engagement and partner adoption.
  • Work with partner engineering teams and technical decision-makers to identify goals, solve technical challenges, and promote successful integration practices.
  • Provide partner feedback and field-deployment insights to NVIDIA product and engineering teams.
  • Represent NVIDIA through conference presentations, user groups, solution showcases, technical blogs, social media posts, and strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a Master’s degree combined with equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5+ years of professional technology experience, including software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships, plus over 3 years of direct hands-on experience in the relevant ecosystem.
  • Background managing, collaborating on, and growing developer programs at technology organizations or in video analytics, VLM ISVs, or related sectors.
  • Strong technical expertise in video analytics involving high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, or industry-specific frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience leading technical collaborations involving architecture, code reviews, technical mentorship, technical talks, or workshops.
  • Ability to structure and complete complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to engineers, executives, and other audiences.
  • Good English communication skills for email and video conferences.
  • Proficient Japanese communication skills.
  • Preferred experience developing or improving vertical-specific video analytics solutions.
  • Preferred familiarity with advanced computing, AI, GPU acceleration platforms, CUDA, and VSS.
  • Preferred experience with real-time processing, low-latency decision-making, developer community growth, and technical enablement initiatives.
