Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Build scalable, resilient, secure solutions using microservices and API-first architectures.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and related orchestration technologies.
- Contribute to cloud migration, platform modernization, and legacy system modernization initiatives.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure automation, observability, and monitoring capabilities.
- Partner with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity and platform reliability.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on full-stack application development expertise.
- Extensive backend API development experience with C# and Python.
- Strong experience with Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms.
- Experience developing responsive user interfaces with ReactJS and Angular.
- Strong experience with AWS services, including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, preferably with Terraform.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, SonarQube, automated testing frameworks, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and secure coding and DevSecOps principles.
- Experience delivering large-scale technology projects in Agile environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and modern engineering productivity practices.
