Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in understanding business and product requirements, evaluating solutions, documenting designs, and communicating technical updates.
- Develop internal and client-facing AI-enhanced products using agentic AI to automate complex workflows.
- Build AI-powered features and workflows using prompts, tool usage, multi-step reasoning, dynamic context handling, and LLM APIs.
- Learn to deploy and validate code in integration and production environments using standard build and merge processes.
- Gain exposure to logging, monitoring, release workflows, and DevOps tools within the infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot applications and services, investigate issues, and apply fixes to support reliable operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or another engineering discipline.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills, understanding of security best practices, and experience with at least one modern programming language and its ecosystem.
- Practical experience with generative AI models such as GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI.
- Ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools and contribute across the AI application lifecycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration, requirements understanding, and technical documentation.
- Preferred experience with Git and basic branching and merge-request workflows.
- Preferred experience writing and running automated unit tests with a testing framework.
- Ability to create contextually relevant prompts, build basic agentic workflows, and integrate LLM APIs into AI-powered features and workflows.
