Base Salary
$50k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create prototypes and utility tools using open-source LLM and GenAI technologies.
- Evaluate, implement, and support no-code and low-code AI and automation platforms.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, project requirements, and user stories.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
- Support AI-first workflow implementation across Content, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Provide internal training and support for AI tools and automated workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation for prototypes, tools, and automated processes.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in a technical or analyst role focused on prototyping, process automation, or tool implementation.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and context engineering.
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools such as n8n, Dify, and Cursor.
- Experience using Python or SQL to build prototypes and utility scripts.
- Familiarity with YouTrack and GitLab.
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical AI solutions and bridge business and technical teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
