Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems supporting opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
- Identify operational gaps and optimize the funnel from first meeting through renewal.
- Deploy AI-powered automations for next-best actions, follow-ups, and deal velocity using Clay, Boomi, Claude, and Gemini.
- Execute CRM data hygiene, enrichment, validation, deduplication, and list-maintenance workflows.
- Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows and edge cases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Connect and evolve disparate GTM tools into a cohesive, scalable stack.
- Convert high-level GTM goals into reliable workflows while balancing speed and quality.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
- Experience building or supporting systems for sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and customer lifecycle operations.
- Hands-on experience building basic automations with webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
- Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams to turn operational problems into system designs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, and Clay.
- Proficiency in analytics and SQL-based data analysis.
- Experience maintaining database integrity through data validation, deduplication, and list hygiene.
- Strong interest in applying AI to customer and sales workflows.
- Preferred experience designing AI-native products or workflows, including MCP servers, agentic workflows, autonomous systems, AI confidence visualization, or human-in-the-loop flows.
- Preferred 1+ year of experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Workato, Zapier, Celigo, n8n, or Gong.
- Experience with observability, incident response, or developer-facing infrastructure products is a bonus.
