Responsibilities
- Design and implement IL4/IL5-compliant Azure landing zones with networking, identity, and logging configurations.
- Manage Azure Kubernetes Service clusters using GitOps principles with FluxCD and Helm.
- Author and maintain Terraform modules for Azure infrastructure automation.
- Integrate Entra ID and Keycloak for secure access management and authentication.
- Implement Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services workloads within secure boundaries.
- Ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and Cloud SRG IL4/IL5 requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Azure best practices and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and a Secret-or-higher security clearance are required.
- At least five years of DevSecOps or cloud engineering experience with an Azure focus.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Terraform, and policy-based automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Experience administering and securing Linux systems and understanding networking principles and cloud security architectures.
- Preferred experience includes DoD IL4/IL5 deployments, RHEL or RHEL-based Linux distributions, Windows Server administration and automation, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI/ML platforms, GitOps workflows, FluxCD, ArgoCD, Entra ID, Keycloak, and DoD Cloud SRG requirements.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305 are preferred.
