Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable AI services, APIs, and platform components.
- Create AI-powered applications using Large Language Models and AI Agent frameworks.
- Develop secure, maintainable, scalable, and cloud-native solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products and shared platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Data Engineers.
- Apply automated testing, observability, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
- Contribute reusable assets that simplify AI deployment across Amadeus.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve code quality and engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in software engineering with exposure to AI technologies.
- Solid software engineering experience building scalable applications.
- Proficiency in Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience developing APIs, microservices, or cloud-native solutions.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge or interest in AI Agents, prompt design, and knowledge retrieval methods.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph is a plus.
- Experience with AI Platform Engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, explainable AI, observability, Human-in-the-Loop designs, vector databases, or platform engineering is desirable.
