Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of major product capabilities from problem definition to production operation.
- Design secure, reliable, and scalable systems with defined trust boundaries.
- Conduct complex investigations while improving engineering practices and operational readiness.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to contribute to technical strategy and architecture.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions.
- 3-4 years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex production systems.
- Deep expertise in systems engineering, distributed systems, and security engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, and Python.
- Experience managing Cloud Infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
