Responsibilities
- Design AI agents for multiple software development lifecycle phases and business and technology domains.
- Define agent responsibilities, inputs, outputs, guardrails, evaluation criteria, prompts, skills, and reusable engineering workflows.
- Evaluate agent accuracy, consistency, usefulness, productivity impact, and quality improvements.
- Support governance and responsible-AI practices for engineering agents.
- Present findings, demonstrations, and recommendations to engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and engineering leaders in technical discussions, design reviews, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for AI and modern software engineering, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Affinity with a programming language, preferably Java, plus CI/CD, Docker, and database concepts.
- Preferred experience with GitHub Copilot agents, skills, custom instruction files, comparable agentic coding tools, or Model Context Protocol.
- Familiarity with LLMs such as Claude and Gemini, RAG systems, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and other agentic-AI concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
