Responsibilities
- Design AI agents supporting software development lifecycle phases including intake, refinement, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Define agent responsibilities, inputs, outputs, guardrails, and evaluation criteria.
- Create prompt libraries, agent definitions, instructions, skills, and reusable engineering workflows.
- Evaluate agent accuracy, consistency, usefulness, productivity impact, and quality improvements.
- Support governance and responsible-AI practices for engineering agents.
- Present findings, demos, and recommendations to engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and engineering leaders and participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for AI and modern software engineering, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Affinity with a programming language, preferably Java, and familiarity with Docker and database concepts.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and other agentic AI concepts.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot Agents, Skills, custom instruction files, comparable agentic coding tools, or Model Context Protocol is preferred.
- During the internship, must be enrolled at a Dutch university or an EU university if an EU passport holder.
